How do I enable teaching assistants to grade Tests & Quizzes?
Instructors can grant Teaching Assistants permission to grade Tests & Quizzes within a course site by completing the following steps.

Configure your Sakai site.
Complete the configuration steps that follow below.

Add the Section Info tool
Add the Section Info tool to your site if you have not previously done so.
Go to Site Info on the side toolbar.
Click Manage Tools.
Select the Section Info tool then click Continue followed by Finish on the confirmation page
Add a new section to site
Go to Section Info on the side toolbar and click Add Sections.
Select one section of category Lecture then click the Add Sections.
(The default settings for all the other section options displayed can be left as is.)
Assign your teaching assistants and students to the new section
Select Assign TAs and Assign Students to add them to the new section
Use Move Selected or Move All to select the TAs or Students then click Assign.
Hide the Section tool
Hide the tool from your students. Go to Site Info on the tool sidebar and click Tool Order.
Find Section Info, click the Gear icon and select Make Tool Invisible to Students.
Add newly enrolled students
After this initial configuration, if new students later enroll in your course you will need to revisit the Section Info tool and manually assign the new students to the section you created. This will ensure your TAs have access to the new students’ Tests and Quizzes for grading.
