Note: The recommended method at PLU for posting a syllabus in Sakai does not use the Syllabus tool, but rather uses a Lessons page template titled Course Information as described in the Post Course Information and Syllabus section of the Site Setup Tutorial. However, if preferring to use the Syllabus tool, the method below would suffice for attaching a PDF copy of the course syllabus.

Go to Syllabus.

Click the Add tab.

Enter a title and click the Add button.

The title you enter would likely be the title of the syllabus. Click or retain the default selection Create a single syllabus item, and click the Add button.

Click the Add attachments button.

Click Choose File and select from your device the syllabus to upload.

Click Continue.

Click Publish.

The Manage tab will display. To view the attached syllabus, click the Syllabus tab.
