Flushing DNS Cache - Chromebook

How to flush the DNS cache on a Chromebook.
  • Open a new tab in your Chrome browser.
  • Type chrome://net-internals/#dns into the address bar and press Enter.
  • On the page that appears, click the Clear host cache button.
  • There is no confirmation message, so the cache is cleared in the background. You can refresh the page to see the cache entries disappear if they were there before.

Additional troubleshooting
  • If the problem persists, you can also try flushing the socket pools by going to chrome://net-internals/#sockets and clicking the Flush socket pools button.
