How do I email the author of a post?
This outlines the process of contacting an author of a post using their account email. Typically, the email option is only available to instructors or site owners.
Go to Discussions.
Select Discussions from the Tool Menu of your site.
Click on a Topic.
Click the title of a Topic.
Click on a conversation.
Click Email.
To contact the author of a post, click the Email option associated with the post.
