How do I view roster photos and/or profiles?
Go to Roster.
Select the Roster tool from the Tool Menu of your site.
View Official or Profile photos.
Select the radio button for the photo source option of your choice. Choose either users' Official photos or pictures from their Profile depending on whether you would like to view the official institutional ID photo (typically provided automatically during user account creation) or personal photos that users have uploaded themselves via the Profile tool.
View additional information.
To view more information about a user, click on the user's picture. Additional information will display.
View a full profile.
To view the full user profile, select the Cards layout and then select View Profile for that user.
Profile information that is available and that you have permission to view will be displayed.
The Official Photo is the the one that will display on the user's profile page. Also, note that empty fields will not appear on the page.
