Sakai 25 - Rubrics: How do I grade a gradebook item using a rubric?

How do I grade a gradebook item using a rubric?

See How do I add a rubric to a Gradebook item? for information about adding a rubric to your Gradebook.

Go to Gradebook.

Select Gradebook from the Tool Menu in your site.

Select a student to grade.

  1. Click the cog wheel icon (Open menu).
  2. Select Grade Rubric.

Enter grading and feedback.

  1. Click one item per rubric criterion.
  2. Optionally enter comments about your selection within each criterion. Click Done to save the comments.
  3. Click Done.

The points will be added up automatically based on your rating selections. The total points earned will appear below the rubric.

Make individual score adjustments. (Optional)

If you activated Adjust individual student scores when configuring the assignment, optionally make manual changes to the score that was set by the rubric selection.
