Connect to router. Default IP is 192.168.0.1.

Username and Password are

User: admin

Pass: The password that was set for the Wi-Fi (should be on a sticker on the modem)

Select ‘Advanced Setup’

On the Left-hand menu, you should have an option for ‘Cyber Security’ at the very bottom of the list.

Select this and you should see the following

Select the drop-down menu and change to ‘Disable Modem Security Until I Turn Back On’

Click on ‘Apply’ and the modem/router should save the setting and now show ‘Cyber Security State – Disabled’
