After claiming your ePass account you will be presented with the DUO new activation start screen the next time you attempt to log in using your ePass credentials.

Welcome Screen

Click Next to begin enrolling your device.

Once you have clicked Next you will be presented with the following screen.

Enter your phone number in the box. This will register your phone with Duo so that you will have the option to receive a code by text.

After clicking on Add phone number the following screen will appear.

Check the phone number and select Yes, it's correct to continue, or No, I need to change it to repeat the previous step.

Once you select yes. You will move to the next step.

Select Duo Mobile

If you have not already done so, download Duo Mobile from either the Google or Apple app store.

Select Next

You will be presented with a QR code. Open the Duo Mobile app on your phone click the Add button and then select Use QR code.

Scan the QR code on your screen. Once scanned the next step will appear.

Click Continue and you are all done.

If you wish to continue logging in. Click the Log in with Duo button.
