Information about the Webcams available for checkout by students and faculty, as well as those available for assignment to faculty.

Description: Logitech webcams in either 1080p (HD) or 720p (SD) with built-in microphones and USB-A connection.
Appropriate Usage: Best used for any virtual meetings, and face recordings.

Checkout Length:
- Students: up to 48hrs
- Faculty/Staff: up to 7 days

Instructions, Tips, and Helpful Information:
To use:
- Plug USB input into your computer (or other device you wish to record from).
- Detract clip and place over your monitor (or wherever you wish to record from). Squeeze clip until properly fitted and resting in place.
- Open recording software (ex: Zoom or WeVideo), and make sure the VIDEO Input is set to the Logitech Webcam. (The device may have a shortened name).
- If using as a microphone input, set the MIC or AUDIO Input to the Logitech webcam.
- Make sure your AUDIO Output is still set to your speakers or headphones, not the webcam!
