How do I view my rubric feedback as a student?
Instructors will typically use rubrics for grading entire activities. Rubric scores are tallied from the highlighted rating associated with each criterion of the rubric. Comments for each criterion may be present, indicated with a highlighted word balloon. Click the word balloon icon to view the comment.
If an activity graded with a rubric is recorded in the Gradebook, then the rubric for that activity should also display to students in the Gradebook.
Otherwise, if the activity that was graded with a rubric was administered through the Assignments tool, then students can go to Assignments to view that rubric. Assignments graded with rubrics and released to students will be visible to student in Assignments, regardless of whether the assignment is recorded in Gradebook.
Note that for a rubric associated with an activity in the Discussions tool, students go to Gradebook to review the rubric for the gradebook item that is associated with the discussion activity.
In some cases, instructors may use a rubric for grading answers to particular questions in a Tests & Quizzes assessment. Students can view those rubrics in the Tests & Quizzes feedback.
