How can I get help with Sakai?

Help within Sakai

Detailed documentation can be accessed from each Sakai site by clicking the Help tool located at the bottom of the tool menu at the far left of each Sakai page. Tool-specific help is available by clicking on the "Help" button in the top right of each tool window.

Request Support

You can contact the Sakai support team by emailing sakai@plu.edu, calling 253-535-7525, or making a PLU Help Desk service request (requires a PLU ePass account).

Accessing the Sakai Support site

To access Sakai support resources from any Sakai page when you are logged into Sakai, click Quick Links icon in the top navigation bar and then select Sakai Support.
