The Help Desk is a one-stop-shop for all of your PLU technology needs, including services for university-owned technology, the residential network, and campus phones. Limited assistance with personal mobile devices such as laptops and cell phones is also available.

- Network connection & device registration
- Banner registration
- Instructional Technologies (iTech) : Provides assistance with digital media software and hardware (troubleshooting and training), course-integrated technology, and Sakai.
- Classroom & Event Technologies : Provides classroom technology installation and support as well as multimedia technology support for events. Students, faculty, and staff can check out media equipment from the Help Desk.
